Church Profile
Calvert Methodist Church was named after the Rev. James Calvert and it has seen many changes since its inaugeration in 1881. The original tin church that stood on the site lasted till 1890, when it was replaced by the current premises.
Church Services
Services are held every Sunday as follows:
Morning Service: 10:30am - 11:30am
Evening Service: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
"Celebration Praise" is an additional service held on the 1st Sunday of every month between 7:00pm and 8:00pm.
Weekday Programme
Calvert Methodist Church offers a range of community and youth Church activities during the week. On the first Saturday of each month we also hold a Coffee Morning between 10:am and 11.30:am. For more details about our activities, please see our website.
